Returns and Exchanges
We spent a significant amount of time working to create a product we are proud of and stand behind. And we hope you will absolutely love your pajamas! But if for any reason, you are not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please email hello@dancingdesis.com within 15 days of your purchase delivery date (the date you received the shipment). Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags for any returns or exchanges. We will kindly ask you to pay the return shipping fees.
For returns, we’ll process your returns as soon as we receive the items back. It may take a few days for the credit to show up on your credit card.
For exchanges, please note that we’ll do our best to exchange your purchase for another size. But depending on our inventory levels, exchanges may not always be possible as we may not have your desired size in stock. As a new company, we are running very limited supply production runs. If we do not have your desired size in stock, we’ll work with you to find an alternate solution. Please make sure to consult the size charts on each product page to determine which sizes to purchase.
